Town of Aurora Ellis Drive Pump Station Improvements

PROJECT: Lime Lake Sewer District (Intermediate Pump Station)

General Contractor – Kandey Company, Inc.

Contract Value – $305,000

Year – 2017-2018

Scope – Prime general contractor hired to upgrade the existing Ellis Drive domestic water pumping station located in West Falls NY while maintaining operation of existing pump station including The new pump station consisted of the following.

• Clearing and grubbing of existing site around existing pump station
• Excavate and haul off excavated materials and place new stone sub base at new pump station building and driveway
• Install new concrete cast in place pad for new pump station
• Extend new water mains to existing mains in street
• Receive and set new prepackaged domestic water pump station
• Rework electrical services
• Interconnection of new piping to existing mains and abandon old station
• Demolition of old pump station and control building
• Lawn replacement, new fencing, guard rail and asphalt driveway
