Scope – Prime General Contract to provide the following

• Construction of new pump station building
• Provide new fire and domestic water pumps, piping and appurtenances
• Complete electrical and controls
• Refurbish existing 250,000 gallon concrete water storage tanks
• Site utility piping including new water and sanitary services
• Commission new pump station
• Demolition of existing pump station building, pumps, piping, etc.
• Asphalt, lawn, fence and landscape restoration
