PROJECT: Seneca Buffalo Creek Casino & Parking Garage

Contract Value – $2.0 Million
Year – 2012 – 2014
Scope – Bid Package 2.01 Site Prep & Underground Utilities Including
- Site clearing and preparation for new casino building and parking ramp
- Site underground water and sanitary sewer systems including grease traps
- Installation of two underground storm detention systems including underground precast concrete storm units, manholes and catch basins
- Site electric including power and lighting
- Haul in approximately 18,000 ton of select stone to bring casino building footprint to subbase elevation
- Foundation demolition of existing temporary casino building
- Rough grade asphalt lots and landscape areas for following bid package’s scope
