Scope – One of five contracts for the new Lime Lake Sewer District was to install an intermediate pump station located in Delevan NY, mid-way between Lime Lake in Machias NY and Arcade NY designed to receive and convey sewage from residences and businesses surrounding the Lime Lake and Machias area.

The new pump station consisted of the following.

• 8’ Diameter precast concrete wet well @ 15’ depth
• CIP concrete foundations and pads to accept new equipment
• Underground sanitary force main piping, water and electric
• Installation of new prefabricated Gorman-Rupp pump station building complete
• Installation of 2400 gallon Bioxide chemical feed tank and appurtenances and drum scrubber
• Complete electrical system including emergency generator and new service
• New lawn, plantings, fencing and asphalt paving
