Scope – Construction of 4 – 30,000 sf. Anaerobic Filter beds, 4 pump stations, interconnecting storm piping. Miles of air piping including 4- 250K horsepower air blowers. This pilot project was one of the first of its kind in the USA. All the glycol contaminated storm water is treated with microorganisms and the treated water is discharged into a storm sewer outlet. The success of this project has saved the NFTA tens of millions of dollars per year in glycol disposal costs.
